Learn from the Experts Soft Skills Presentation

I collaborated with two peers to conceptualize, design, and deliver a JLL-branded presentation on the importance and application of soft skills, specifically tailored for the USA Design team at JLL. Acting as one of three subject-matter experts, I played a key role in creating a visually compelling presentation that effectively translated complex concepts into engaging graphical formats.

In addition to contributing to the visual design, I prepared and delivered a comprehensive speech during the hour-long session, ensuring the content resonated with a diverse audience of designers and professionals. The presentation highlighted the value of teamwork, clear communication, adaptability, and emotional intelligence within a creative and corporate environment.

This project required a collaborative approach to align messaging, design, and delivery. It also provided an opportunity to refine public speaking skills while demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and professional development. The presentation was well-received and served as a catalyst for ongoing discussions about integrating soft skills into team workflows and professional growth strategies.
