The Center at Corporate Drive Brochure

For The Center at Corporate Drive, I spearheaded the design direction for a vibrant and engaging brochure that showcased the property’s unique amenities and prime location. The project focused on using bright colors and playful graphics to create a visually appealing and memorable marketing tool that would resonate with potential tenants and clients.

The design strategy was centered around highlighting the energy and appeal of the property’s surroundings, as well as emphasizing key features such as proximity to major transportation hubs, local amenities, and modern facilities. The color palette was carefully selected to reflect a lively and dynamic atmosphere, with the graphics adding a creative touch to make the brochure stand out from more traditional marketing materials.

In leading the project, I collaborated closely with the marketing team to ensure that the content and visuals were aligned with the overall branding strategy. Additionally, I worked with other designers to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral. Together, we developed a cohesive brochure that not only captured the essence of the property but also aligned with JLL’s high standards for client-facing deliverables.
