12 Porete Ave Brochure

For the 12 Porete Ave. brochure project at JLL, I was responsible for creating a custom logo and developing the overall branding identity to market this industrial property. The project required a thoughtful approach to reflect both the modern functionality of the space and its appeal to potential tenants. I crafted a logo that incorporated clean lines and bold typography to give the property a distinct and professional look, while ensuring the brand identity was versatile enough to be used across various marketing materials.

Collaboration was a key element of this project. I worked closely with property marketers to understand the vision and target audience for the property, aligning the design elements with the messaging strategy. Together, we decided on a color palette and visual tone that conveyed the industrial strength of the building while maintaining an approachable and attractive aesthetic for potential tenants.

Additionally, I collaborated with other designers to integrate the branding into the brochure’s layout. We combined custom graphics, high-quality property renderings, and concise messaging to ensure the brochure was both informative and visually engaging. This collaboration helped bring fresh perspectives and ensured that every design element was cohesive and professional.

Given the tight timeline for this project, I prioritized efficiency without sacrificing quality. We worked quickly to refine design concepts, incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders, and finalized the brochure under a strict deadline. Despite the fast-paced environment, the final product successfully captured the essence of the property and met the high standards expected by both the marketing team and JLL leadership.

The project’s success was a direct result of effective teamwork, clear communication, and a shared commitment to bringing the brochure to market swiftly while maintaining a high level of design integrity.
