100 Acorn Brochure

In collaboration with the marketing team and fellow designers, I developed the brochure for 100 Acorn Park Drive, a cutting-edge life science property available for lease. This project required a close partnership with the marketing team to effectively communicate the unique features and competitive advantages of the property. I worked with copywriters, digital marketing specialists, and other designers to ensure the visuals and content aligned with the strategic messaging.

Together, we crafted a visually compelling and informative brochure that emphasized the property’s state-of-the-art lab spaces, flexible leasing options, and prime location in a biotech innovation hub. This included custom layouts, infographics, and design elements that showcased the property's amenities and its potential for fostering scientific breakthroughs.
